        Skyborn is an offshore wind infrastructure platform. We develop, build and operate offshore wind projects, and we stay accountable for delivery across the full value chain. We focus on proven technologies and mature markets. Not because we lack ambition, but because that is where we can make good on our commitments.

        We develop, build and operate offshore wind projects across the full value chain. Around 300 people, more than two decades of experience, and a global pipeline of over 20 GW. That is the scale. The difference is that we stay accountable for the outcome at every stage.

        We started with projects in the German North Sea and Baltic Sea. Twenty-five years later, we operate across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Americas. The track record is real: projects developed, built and still running.

        • Gennaker’s permit application for 15 MW turbines. We expect for the permit to be granted by end of

        • Inauguration of the 640MW Yunlin Offshore Wind Farm in Taiwan

        2024

        • Skyborn enters into an advanced U.S. offshore wind joint venture with a 50% stake in the Revolution Wind (704 MW) and South Fork Wind (132 MW) projects

        • Inauguration of Fécamp offshore wind farm (500 MW) the second French offshore wind farm and the first of Normandy
        • Realised in consortium together with EDF power solutions and EIH S.à. r.l, a subsidiary of Enbridge Inc. and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPP Investments)

        2023

        • Skyborn submits application to build the 3.9 GW-Eystrasalt project, which will be Sweden’s largest offshore wind farm once in operation

        2022

        • Skyborn fulfills the requirements of a grid connection and 50Hertz awards platform contracts for the > 976.5 MW Gennaker-project, the largest offshore wind farm in the German Baltic Sea

        2021

        • Financial close and start of construction of the Calvados project (450 MW) in France

        2020

        • EDF power solutions, Enbridge and Skyborn start construction of Fécamp (500 MW) in France

        2019

        • Financial close and start of construction of Yunlin (640 MW), the first commercial offshore wind power project in Taiwan

        2017

        • Inauguration of Nordergründe (111 MW), the first German offshore wind power project for which all major components were supplied and installed by local manufacturers

        2015

        • Inauguration of Butendiek (288 MW). Though no longer part of Skyborn’s current portfolio, it was developed and constructed by our team

        2011

        • Inauguration of Baltic 1 (50 MW), the first commercial offshore wind power project in Germany

        2008

        • Sale of 1,300 MW or four fully permitted projects in German waters to EnBW

        2000

        • The foundation of our company history was laid in Bremen, Germany
