Harry de Vos became Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of Skyborn in June 2024.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering and a Post Doc in Corporate Education.
In 1978, Harry joined GE Plastics (now Sabic Innovative Plastics) and spent the first ten years of his career in manufacturing. In 1987, he transitioned to the HR function and spent over a decade in increasingly responsible roles, ultimately becoming the HR Director for GE Plastics Europe. In 2001, he joined Electrolux as Head of HR for Europe (and later Global), where he professionalized and harmonized the HR function in 37 countries. In 2007, he joined ASML as Head of HR Worldwide, catalysing growth from 5,000 to 20,000 employees. In 2018, he transitioned to the role of Bestuurder (Non Operating Manager) Netherlands/Head of CLA project team, where he was responsible for unions and the Works Council. In December 2020, he retired from ASML. In 2021, he joined the high-tech start-up Nearfield Instruments as Business Partner for Growth and Strategy.
With over three decades of HR experience, Harry has a proven track record of building high-performing teams and guiding companies through transitions. Having worked in both Europe and the United States, he is adept at managing international teams.
